bOOKING AND cANCELLATION POLICY

 

Booking with Zen Fade Spa means that you agree to the following:

  • All clients agree to contact their esthetician via phone or text preferably 2 days before your scheduled appointment for any changes or cancellations to the service

  • Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 50% of the service/services price. Your appointment will be cancelled.

  • All clients agree to communicate via phone or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.

  • Cancellations made the day before (or less than 24 hours) their appointment, will still be expected to pay 50% of the service/services price.

  • Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates

  • All services rendered are NON-REFUNDABLE

    Zen Fade Spa has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
