bOOKING AND cANCELLATION POLICY
Booking with Zen Fade Spa means that you agree to the following:
Booking means the client understands that they must reschedule 24 hours before a service, if rescheduling is not possible with the current availability, the client must fully cancel the appointment.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered.
All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email or text as soon as they can for any changes to the service
All clients agree to communicate via email or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.
Policies still apply to clients with gift cards/certificates
Zen Fade Spa has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
