bOOKING AND cANCELLATION POLICY
Booking with Zen Fade Spa means that you agree to the following:
All clients agree to contact their esthetician via phone or text preferably 2 days before your scheduled appointment for any changes or cancellations to the service
Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 50% of the service/services price. Your appointment will be cancelled.
All clients agree to communicate via phone or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.
Cancellations made the day before (or less than 24 hours) their appointment, will still be expected to pay 50% of the service/services price.
Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates
All services rendered are NON-REFUNDABLE
Zen Fade Spa has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
