Booking & cancellation policy

Booking with Zen Fade Spa means that you agree to the following:

  • All clients are required to pay a $25 booking deposit to book an appointment. This booking fee will be put toward the service provided.

  • Booking means the client understands that they can only carry the deposit over once and they must reschedule 24 hours or less before a service, if rescheduling is not possible with the current availability, the client must fully cancel the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered.

  • All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email or text as soon as they can for any changes to the service

  • All clients agree to communicate via email or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.

  • Policies still apply to clients with gift cards/certificates

  • Zen Fade Spa has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
